Oceňuji, že se svým handicapem mohu pracovat alespoň na částečný úvazek. Mám tu skvělé a nápomocné kolegy. práce mne velmi naplňuje a baví.
Vedoucí je velmi přetížená prací ze shora (svým vedením) kolikrát nesmyslnými úkoly. Je přetížená, přepracovaná a to se pak odráží na jejím přístupu k nám. Je mi to líto, zasloužila by si více odlehčit, méně úkonů shora, více volna, aby byla po duševní i fyzické stránce více v pohodě a aby i zde na pracovišti byla méně napjatější nálada.

Práce, která dává smysl. Dobrá atmosféra na pracovišti. Spousta možností jezdit na školení a neustále se vzdělávat.

Oceňuji, že moje práce je velmi různorodá, stále se učím něco nového. Vím, že moje práce má smysl-pomáhá mnoha potřebným.
Vadí mi, že je nedostatek pracovníků, a kvalitních ještě méně.

možnost HO individuální přístup - vždy se dá na všem domluvit
neumíme propouštět zaměstnance - místo ukončení smlouvy se hledá jiná práce pro dotyčného, atd. velmi často to jde na úkor ostatních lidí v týmu
