Můžu pracovat s lidmi, kteří jsou stejně naladěni jako já, tvoříme sehraný tým. :-) Pomáhat lidem mi přináší uspokojení.
Některé věci se řeší narychlo, ale v práci s lidmi se situace mění každý den, takže to možná asi jinak nejde.

Důvěra v zaměstnance, domácí kancelář na administrativní práci, svoboda v práci, kreativní kolegové, možnosti indi vzdělávání.
Týmové aktivity - chybí peníze, platové dorovnání inflace...ale je to pochopitelné ve vztahu k nastalé situaci, každý dělá, co může.).
