Cestovní ruch je velmi dynamický a plný změn. Takové prostředí všeobecně za mě naplňuje spíše mladší lidi, kteří naopak vyhledávají dynamické stimulační prostředí a nemají rádi nudu. Je zde převážně mladší kolektiv.

Cestovní ruch je velmi dynamický, stále se přizpůsobujeme novým potřebám ze strany klientů, rozvíjí se nové produkty, nové systémy.. a to nám dává možnost učit se nové věci. Firma také podporuje kariérní růst. Na mnoha managerských pozicích jsou lidi, kteří ve firmě začínali například prodejem zájezdů.
