Oceňuji home office, je fajn pracovat z domova pak se člověk těší do kanceláře, kam se těší na své kolegy a je to taková určitá změna.

S přístupem vedení, je možné se s nimi domluvit na čemkoliv, dělají kompromisy a celkově s chodem oddělení.
Lepší informativnost o změnách metodiky a procesů o změnách v HR oblasti.
