Staráme se o dodávky energií po celé republice a spravujeme rozvodnou síť v jižních Čechách, na jižní Moravě a na Vysočině. Pomáháme vám šetřit přírodu i peníze. Víc než 20 % naší energie pochází z obnovitelných zdrojů, což nás řadí na první místo mezi velkými dodavateli v České republice.

S přístupem vedení, je možné se s nimi domluvit na čemkoliv, dělají kompromisy a celkově s chodem oddělení.
Lepší informativnost o změnách metodiky a procesů o změnách v HR oblasti.

S benefity, s podnikovou kulturou, s četnými možnostmi pro rozvoj zamců (Lady.ON, Datová univerzita, stipendijní program, různé Talent programy pro budoucí manažery), dobrá pověst společnosti v mé lokalitě.
Mzdové ohodnocení (neodvíjí se od zaměstnavatele, nýbrž od vedoucího), narušení work-life balance (opět se odvíjí od povahy práce), IT (z hlediska datového skladu, zaostalost oproti jiným společnostem z hlediska dat, nicméně v tomto se společnost velmi rychle zlepšuje).
