Všichni si tu hrají na velkou rodinu, ale to je hloupost. Jde o zaměstnání, rodinu máte doma. Neustálé workshopy (neříkám, že nejsou zajímavé) navštěvují jen zaměstnanci, kteří nemají co dělat. Člověk, který pracuje, nemá čas na akce pořádané zaměstnavatelem a logicky mu to přijde líto, když někteří kolegové v rámci pracovní doby jen vymetají nějaké akce. Mnohem víc se hledí na to, jak o své práci člověk mluví, ne na to, jakou práci skutečně odvádí. Neustálé přesouvání lidí z jedné pozice na jinou, úplně odlišnou, mi přijde až směšné. Ti lidé na nové pozici vydrží přesně do té doby než dojde na to, že by měli začít odvádět nějakou práci. To raději znovu změní svoji pozici. A takových fluktuujících lidí si NN váží a dávají je ostatním za vzor. Značně deemotivující prvek ...

Care for people, clarity on what needs to be done, amazing office design and space, great colleagues.
Financial reward (salery) could be a bit higher, but I see company investing in other areas which effect my work, that other companies do not.
