Líbí se mi benefity v podobě cafeterie, dny volna při splnění všech zadaných požadavků, oceňuji možnost práce z domova a finanční ohodnocení za práci.

Občas by to chtělo méně systémů a byrokracie.

Flexibilita práce, časová i home office. Firma vi, co chce. Hlavní téma není všude šetřit, ale udělat včas a kvalitně práci, kterou firma potřebuje.

Někdy je té práce moc.
