- lepší koordinace mezi jednotlivými týmy (někdy koordinace chybí skoro úplně) - lepší znalost procesů ve firmě (mezi týmy, ale také ze strany vedení - v tomto bodě vzniká mezi zaměstnanci frustrace)

Práce v krásném moderním prostředí, neformální styl komunikace v rámci firmy, inspirativní kolegové, příležitost vyvíjet se a kariérně růst v rámci firmy
Více společenských akcí, večírků s kolegy. Chybí nějaký neformální komunikační nástroj na sdílení pozvánek na akce, fotografií z akcí, komentáře, návrhy a nápady - něco jako skupina na fb.
