Běžný zaměstnanci jsou boží lidé.
Po nástupu nového člena do jednoho z oddělení začalo vedení více přebírat jeho informace a názory, často bez širšího ověřování. Tento nový pohled působil navenek jako podpora všech zaměstnanců, ale v praxi se někdy jevil spíše jednostranně. Vedení firmy obecně méně naslouchá běžným zaměstnancům a výrazněji reaguje až v situacích, kdy začnou odcházet klíčoví lidé. V rozhodování vyššího vedení pak často převládají osobní postoje a důraz na vlastní názor před snahou hledat vyvážená a férová řešení. V oblasti benefitů je navíc dlouhodobě patrná spíše tendence k jejich omezování než k rozšiřování.

Skvělé pracovní podmínky, mladý sportovní kolektiv, zajímavé benefity (např. MultiSport kartu) a pracovní náplň.
