Největší deviza Ogilvy byli lidi, kolektiv, zájem o zaměstnance, ale i toto se poslední dobou rozpadá. Lidé bez zkušeností se tady stále dost naučí.
- finanční odměna hluboce pod trhem - vedení se dívá na lidi jen jako na čísla, reálně nepomáhá s work-life balancem (kapacitní podhodnocení týmu) - sílící pocit korporátu vůči lidem - využiješ/odhodíš

Zajímavá, rúznorodá práce, mnoho jsem se naučila. Aktivnímu a kreativními přístupu se meze nekladli. Sviboda, na všem se dalo domluvit. Dobrý kolektiv
Plat se zvedal jen málo a pomalu. Ale jinak slušný plat.

Za téměř 8 let v Ogilvy jsem se toho naučila opravdu hodně, postupně jsem se díky skvělému vedení vypracovala na vedoucí pozici. Stále svou budoucnost v Ogilvy vidím před sebou.
Velká agentura tvoří do určité míry anonymní prostředí, ale ničemu to nevadí.
