Jsem spokojený s kolegtivem a mou pracovní pozicí. Prostory jsou moderní a příjemné.
Míra zabezpečení mi občas sebere více času než by musela ale není to nic hrozného.

Konstruktivní organizace úkolů a jejich priorit, bez zbytečného tlaku mám prostor na splnění svých úkolů. Práce a její organizace dává smysl. Skvělá komunikace jak s českými tak německými kolegy. A všechno funguje se strukturou, která je "flat" bez zbytečných manažerů.
Místy zůstávají drobné pozůstatky korporátních zvyklostí z doby před odtržením od Siemens, ale aktivně se je daří eliminovat a nálada se začíná podobat spíše startupovému nadšení. U mezinárodní firmy jsou nástroje, které se musí přizpůsobovat národním legislativám, což není úplně jednoduché.
