Možnost ovlivnit něco co nefunguje.
Některé pozice zastávají lidé, kteří svoji práci neodvádějí kvalitně a doplácí na to jiní. Sami si mezi sebou přiděláváme práci.

- mladý kolektiv, v pohodě vedení firmy - prosazování návrhů a nápadů - možnost pracovat samostatně bez kontrol nadřízeného
- ZBAVOVÁNÍ SE ZODPOVĚDNOSTI - "já za to nemůžu", "kdyby", "to není moje práce" - ne všichni jsou týmoví hráči - hloupost, arogance a povrchnost některých kolegů - podlézání nadřízeným

Volnost ve smyslu pracovní doby. Ve většině případů přátelský kolektiv.
Složení mzdy, velká část ovlivněna prémií!!! Minimální dovolená. Odchod a nedostatek kvalifikovaných pracovníků. V případě nevyužitého stavování v jídelně, nemá zaměstnanec nárok na náhradu mzdy formou stravenky.

volnost odpočinkových přestávek (např. ke kouření)
-ztráty kvalifikovaných pracovníků -minimální dovolená -minimální benefity -málo dotované obědy -složení výplaty (fixní/prémie)

Zázemí relativně nové firmy. Důraz kladen na čistotu, bezpečnost. Snaha řídit firmu moderně a efektivně, což ne vždy se dařilo.

Pracoval sem jako manipulant. Celkově ve skladu nadřízení super, dalo se s nimi mluvit o čemkoliv a mohl sem se na ně se vším spolehnout.
Stoprocentně plat, a vyšší vedení firmy se chovalo podle toho jak se vyspal.
