Měli jsme pohodového vedoucího se kterým nebyl problém se na čemkoliv dohodnout. Dobrý kolektiv v oddělení.
Majitelé společnosti nemají naprosto chuť investovat do jakéhokoliv rozvoje. Ve společnosti se minimálně 8 let nezvedal plat. Každý se jen snaží udržet své místo jak nejdéle to jde a radši se nesnaží prosazovat něco smysluplného. Celková nálada zaměstnanců se dá popsat slovy bárka jde ke dnu, jak dlouho ještě vydržíme......

- práce v centru - stravenky - příjemné pracovní prostředí (útulné podkroví) - nevýhody: ženský pomlouvající se kolektiv - vše se muselo dělat tak, jak doposud, přestože určité věci šly dělat rychleji a přesněji - OTŘESNÝ účetní software - přetíženost, práci nebylo možno stihnout v běžné pracovní době (přesčasy samozřejmě neplacené)

Moznost pracovat v multikulturnim prostredi
nabizene podmiky mzdy a prace pri pohovoru neodpovidaly tem v skutecnosti - jednat s uchazeci primo, tim se vyhnout velke fluktuaci lepsi komunikace mezi podrizenymi a nadrizenymi
