Jistota, dobrá pracovní doba.
Lépe zaplatit lidí, větší důraz na vzdělávání, být důraznější ve vztahu vězňům, snížit vliv GŘ..

Zamestnavatel mi nedal duvod, abych si neceho cenila. Spis naopak. Zamestnani u VS ČR uz nikdy!!!
Vice aktivit pro zamestnance, aby si kolektiv zacal rozumet. Na funkcich vedoucich oddeleni mit opravdu vedouci, kteri svou praci umi a vykonavaji ji dobre. A aby kazdy vedouci se za sve lidi postavil!

Cením si stabilního zaměstnavatele a pracovní jistoty.Co se týče spolupráce s kolegy,tady bych napsal že je to vždy o lidech. Takže mezi mými kolegy jsou lidé kterým věřím ale zároveň jsou mezi nimi i takoví kteří jsou schopni kolegů podrazit v zájmu sebe sám.
Lepší komunikace a možnost ocenit kvalitní výkon služby v rámci osobního příplatku. Tady je to mizérie.

Dodržování rozsahu práce, odborná školení a vzdělávání. Bez "zákulisních" válek.

Práce nezatěžuje zaměstnance v jeho osobním čase a často zaměstnavatel vychází vstříc zaměstnanci a doporučuje, nebo nabízí školy vhodné ke studiu.
