Jistota v tom smyslu, že zaměstnavatel za zaměstnance řádně odvádí daň, zdravotní a sociální pojištění. Nejpozději každého 15. dne v měsíci je výplata na účtu v bance. Stabilita v tom smyslu, že pokud nastoupíte krátce po volbách, tak stávající politická reprezentace vás nechá na pokoji. Ale jinak nejistota každé 4 roky, jak si po volbách sednete s novými zastupiteli. Bohužel z nabízených možností se nedala vybrat jiná vhodnější, která by lépe vystihovala situaci.
