Na pozici skladníka jsem na pobočce max ve 3 lidech. Když si dopředu připravíte skladové položky na další den, tak není problém se dohodnout s kolegy jít dřív domů, když už budete na 100% vědět že nic nepřijede. Vedoucí pobočky respektuje rodinné hodnoty a chápe že děti mohou náhle onemocnět nebo se zranit. Za mě je to ten nejschopnější člověk na dané pozici.
Jediné období s přesčasy je v období inventury. Dělá se za provozu a proto je lepší to udělat po pracovní době. Inventura je cca 4x ročně. Jinak není problém se domluvit odjet z práce dříve, když je vše hotovo.
