Osobní přístup zaměstnavatele, který bere ohled na mé potřeby. Mohu tedy dobře skloubit práci a rodinu. Každý den se učím něco nového. Oceňuji důvěru od zaměstnavatele v nás zaměstnance.

Jsem spokojen vůbec s možností živit se pomocí druhým. Tato organizace je plná podobně smýšlejících a cítících lidí a proto vůbec může existovat.
