V práci je dobrá atmosféra. A pokud přijdu za vedením, tak se mnou řeší, co potřebuju. Práce je pro mě velmi různorodá, což mi vyhovuje.

Ocenila bych více vzdělávání podle svého přání, nejen ta zajištěná organizací.

Práce u Diecézní charity je krásná a šlechetná.Každý den nás něčemu novému naučí a díky ní, jsme každý z nás lepším člověkem.Pomáháme lidem okolo sebe a to je nejvíc,co může člověk člověku dát.Jsem hrdá na to,že pracuji,jako chariťák a svoji práci bych neměnila...

Líbí se mi poslání,cíle i pravidla,na kterých naše krásná práce vlastně stojí...Jedinou nevýhodou je to,že dokážeme předvídat,co nás jednou ve stáří čeká,samota a nemoci.Ale patří to k našemu životu a i s tím se každý z nás jednou bude muset poprat...

Osobní přístup zaměstnavatele, který bere ohled na mé potřeby. Mohu tedy dobře skloubit práci a rodinu. Každý den se učím něco nového. Oceňuji důvěru od zaměstnavatele v nás zaměstnance.

Nic mě nenapadá.

Jsem spokojen vůbec s možností živit se pomocí druhým. Tato organizace je plná podobně smýšlejících a cítících lidí a proto vůbec může existovat.
