Nic mě nenapadá. Náročná práce a proto časté střídání zaměstnanců, což ale nemůže zaměstnavatel ovlivnit.

Celkem mě charita a zaměstnanci v ní zklamali. Zklamalo mě i to jak se řeší problémy, přehlíží se a zametají se pod koberec.

Benefity slabé oproti ostatním firmám. Na to, že jsme církevní organizace, tu slušnost nevidím

Oceňuji svobodu, nikdo mně nehlídá. Na všem se dá domluvit.

Vedoucí služeb by měli mít náležité vzdělání, dělat práci srdcem nestačí. Plat je pořád bídný, stále se čeká o navýšení tarifu. V některých věcech Charita Brno zaspala dobu. Možná by bylo vhodné poohlídnout se po jiných charitách jako inspirace.

Malý kolektiv v naší službě ve kterém si všichni rozumíme a snažíme si pomáhat. Dostatečné finanční ohodnocení. Potřebné vybavení pro moji činnost - auto, telefon, PC, oblečení...

Nechybí mi nic.
