Skvělý pracovní tým, pracovní morálka i prostředí pro práci, která má velký smysl
Momentálně není nic k nespokojenosti. Snad pouze složitější organizační schéma a s tím související administrace v Diecézní charitě.

kolektiv lidí, smysl a náplň práce, křesťanské hodnoty organizace
ano... určitě by jsme jako organizace mohli být vzhledem k velikosti, jménu ve společnosti a nejenom finanční podpoře lidi méně závislí na státu v službě lidem....

S duchovní podporou.
Vedoucí nemají moc možností ovlivnit např. výši odměn pro své podřízené. Dávají se plošně, což není motivující.
