- S ničím.
- Dobré jméno firmy ještě neznamená, že ta firma je dobrým zaměstnavatelem. - Neochota zaučit nováčky - je tu dost lidí před důchodem s velkými zkušenosti, kteří ale nemají chuť zaučovat nové lidi a předat jim své vědomosti. Takže jste tu zbytečný. - Nařizování přesčasů, i když svou práci stihnete v termínu v rámci pracovní doby, ale když nemáte nesmyslný přesčas, tak jakoby jste v práci vůbec nebyl. - Ve všem je doslova nepořádek/chaos - v CAD systémech neexistuje ani knihovna spojovacího materiálu, natož nějakých dílů - jaké jsou díly znají jen lidé, kteří je zakládali, pokud se o to s vámi nepodělí, tak nevíte nebo hledáte po různých sestavách. - Bez možnosti kariérního růstu. - Mizerné mzdové ohodnocení - v průměru tak o 5-7 tisíc míň, než na stejné pozici jinde. - To co slíbí na pohovoru v 90% nedodrží, když se na to doptáváte později, tak jakoby to nikdo nikdy neřekl. - Jídelna - každý měsíc se točí ty stejné mizerné jídla.
Non-stressful work
Je to pro lidi, kteří si chtějí odsedět svých 8 hodin + přesčas a jít domů. Bez možnosti kariérního růstu.

zajímavé zkušenosti ohledně různých informačních systémů
S přístupem nejvyššího managementu, s přístupem nadřízeného, s častou výměnou nadřízeného.
Complex tasks
Je to velká firma s komplikovanou kombinací systémů a způsobem řízení.

Snad jedině každodenní taktika boje ve vysoké trávě...
Platové podmínky a žádný rozvoj za téměř deset let; rozvržení pracovní doby a nesmyslné nároky na přesčasy, i když žádná aktuální práce navíc není; zoufalá úroveň pracovišť od kanceláří, dílen, přes sociální zařízení, kuchyňky, chodby až po vnější vzhled budov a ploch; nedostatečné topení, chlazení, dodávky pitné vody.

Skvělý kolektiv.Skvělá práce. Po dlouhé době jsem opravdu ráda chodila do práce🙂

flexible time of work and some of the Czech people treated us like a family and helping each other
maybe they cannot see those people like me have knowledge at work but they just treat me as the same like I'm new worker here
