Přestože v Praze a v některých podobných firmách platí o něco více, atmoška a různé druhy menších benefitů to vynahrazují. Drtivé většině lidí se odcházet nechce :-)
Nic zásadního mě nenapadá :-)

Konstruktivní atmosféra, férové jednání, podpora samostatného jednání bez strachu z možných chyb.
Nedostatek parkovacích míst v okolí

Vztady se zaměstnanci jsou dlouhodobé. Firma má i přes růst a tím logicky příliv nových zaměstnanců velmi vysoký průměrnou dobu pracovního vztahu změstnanců. Firma má certifikát IIP, který mj. monitoruje spokojenost zaměstnaců, péči o jejich rozvoj, vzdělání a program pomáhá i se získáním zpětné vazby formou anonymních dotazníků.
