Že i hlas jednotlivce byl slyšet.
Určitě plat a rovnocenné podmínky pro všechny zaměstnance v rámci jedné pozice

Home Credit se velmi dobře stará o své zaměstnance. Stará se o to, aby měli příjemné prostředí, nabízí spoustu benefitů.

Ponižující zaměstnání, nesmíte si zachovat seberespekt před zákazníky. Pozdní příchod u nich byl větší problém, než jakékoli špatné výsledky práce, kvůli špatnému dopravnímu spojení někdy jednoduše nešlo příjít včas, aniž bych obětoval například hodinu navíc.
