Pozitivně hodnotím jen výplatu.
Rozhodně bych zrušila systém brigádníků na zavolání, není nic frustrujícího, než čekat jestli budete mít ten, či onen týden šichtu a kde. Také zažít kontroly od všech možných lidí za pouhých 5 dní, vyvolává to ve mě dojem, že své zaměstnance vysoce podceňují ve veškerých oblastech a nedůvěřují jim.

Complex tasks
Nový projekt = nová výzva = nové úkoly.
Opportunity to learn new things
Hlavně v dispečerské práci jsou pokaždé nové projekty/ zakázky, které se od sebe liší - pokaždé něco nové. U supportních oddělení - možnost učit se i jinou práci, na kterou jsem byl přijat (interní postup).

benefity by mohly být lepší , ale platově za náročnost práce to není špatný , občasný stres , ale jsou i "lehárko" dny
