Nemusím řešit problémy se mzdou, ve smyslu, že chodí pravidelně a včas. Bezvadný kolektiv i atmosféra. Možnost pracovního růstu, získávání nových zkušeností.
Platové ohodnocení není úměrné odvedené práci/času. Absence 25dní dovolené, což je v ostatních společnost samozřejmostí. Na své pozici bych očekával mít možnost služebního vozidla.

Na vyšších pozicích pracují často lidé, kteří ve firmě před lety začínali a postupně se vypracovali - firma dává příležitost k profesnímu i osobnímu rozvoji a umožňuje získat široké spektrum zkušeností, poskytuje stabilní zázemí a možnost uplatnit vlastní nápady. Pracuji zde již 13 let a jsem za to ráda.
