U nás na stock oddělení oceňuji velmi dobré vztahy a zábavu na pracovišti.

Vylepšila bych některé pracovní postupy. Je třeba zjednodušit některé administrativní procesy, ale prý se na tom dělá, tak uvidíme :) za stock oddělení nemám jiné připomínky

Jsme sehraná parta – práce nás baví a sranda taky nechybí.

Dodatková dovolená, více home office, služební auto.

Work in an international environment

Výborný kolektiv

Slabý benefitní systém

Opportunities for career advancement

Pokud člověk skutečně chce a má chuť se prosadit, najde v áčkách podporu a možnosti pro další rozvoj. Firma nabízí řadu interních a i externích školení. V případě, že má jedinec drive, není problém se posouvat v rámci kariérního žebříčku dál.

Každý zde dostane šanci. Záleží jen na každém z nás, jak s ni nalozime.

Že sme ako rodina,je tam sranda.Travim tam príliš veľa času takže je to jak keby som bola niekde s priateľmi akurát že popri tom ešte zarábam.A čo je super že naši nadriadení sú tu nie len pre pracovnú časť mňa,ale aj pre tú súkromnú.Vo všetkom sa môžem spoľahnúť na svojich šéfovcov,takže najviac si cením,že tam vážne robia ľudia s ľudským prístupom.

Zmenila by som dĺžku pracovnej doby,ale to sa nedá,lebo všade sa pracuje minimálne osem hodín haha....

Velmi přátelské prostředí, prostor pro rozvoj, různorodé činnosti

Společnost zatím nenabízí příliš benefitů, ale postupně na tom pracuje
