Často narazíte na lidi, kteří pracují stejně jako před 30 lety . Firma žije v bublině, firemní kultura pak trpí, zejména když chybí tahouni a lídři.

Vykonávám práci, která mě baví. Moje pozice je přesně pro mě. Kolegové vždy ochotně pomohou v pracovních záležitostech. Jen lidsky jim úplně nevěřím. Slušnost ... ale faleš.
Zkostnatele postupy ... pracovníci zde pracuji i 30 a více let. Nebo nastoupili hned po škole. A netuší, že svět je už jinde.

Skvělý tým, spolupráce se skutečnými odborníky, výborné vztahy na pracovišti, příjemné a moderní prostředí!
momentálně nic zásadního
Freedom and independence
Pracuji v investiční sekci na realizaci veřejných zakázek ve spolupráci nejčastěji s technickou sekcí (stavební práce např. na zabezpečení vodních děl atd). Samostatně zodpovídám za administraci řady zadávacích řízení, to zahrnuje nejenom schopnost efektivní komunikace (týmovou spolupráci), ale i odborné znalosti, zkušenosti a schopnost hledání řešení atd.
