Uvolněná atmosféra na pracovišti. Možnost otevřené diskuze a nadřízení, co naslouchají. Příjemné, atypické, pracovní prostředí, spojení historie a moderního designu. Inspirativní tým, mnoho kolegů jsou opravdu špičkami ve svých oborech.
Informal work atmosphere
I když se firma hodně zvětšila, stále si uchovává rysy poměrně ploché organizace, kdy je poměrně snadné předat informace nebo vyjádřit svůj názor směrem k nejvyššímu vedení, pokud chcete. Funguje to v osobním kontaktu i přes e-mail. Ve firmě si také všichni tykáme, což k tomu psychologicky přispívá. A je to jedna z mála firem, kde se opravdu respektuje work-life balance. Nikdo vám nehlídá ráno příchod a odpoledne odchody, pokud je práce hotová. O vlastní organizaci práce se může člověk rozhodovat poměrně autonomně.
Meaningful work
Sklářství je obor tradiční, s hlubokými kořeny, o který je třeba pečovat a rozvíjet i s pomocí moderních technologií a designu. Je to veliké řemeslo a bohatství naší země. Určitě má smysl pracovat ve firmě, která dělá svět krásnější a inspiruje svoje okolí.
