Lidi se tam střídají jak na běžícím páse. Celkový přístup a chování k zaměstnancům je opravdu strašný. Tuto firmu určitě nedoporučuji.

S některými kolegy se spolupracovalo skvěle, ale právě ti nejlepší raději sami dali výpověď.
Vedoucí oddělení se chovají ke svým lidem dost špatně, mnohdy je ponižují a zneužívají jejich schopnosti k zakrytí vlastní neschopnosti a nečinnosti. Vedoucí fungují na principu vzájemného se krytí.
Complex tasks
Komunikuje se hodně se zahraničím, tlak na plnění úkolů je dán krátkým časem jejich splnění a mnohdy i nejasnými podklady, což vyžaduje aktivitu navíc. Samozřejmstí je, aby i za těchto podmínek byly úkoly plněny správně. Osobně mi toto pomohlo se rozvinout a rozšířilo schopnosti sebekontroly a eliminovat zbytečné kroky.

Jediné co bylo dobré na Uherskodradišťské firmě, tak to jen to, že jsem to měl kousek do práce..
Personální politiku. Stálé přijímání nových agenturníků, stálé propouštění. Neustálé zaučování, propouštění zkušených operátorů. Špatný systém, respektive žádný systém, odměňování operátorů. Odměňuje mistr výroby podle toho jak se vyspí a to jednou za tři měsíce.
