Vychází vstříc, pokud pracovník potřebuje vyměnit směnu. (např. místo na odpolední směnu můžu jít na ranní)
Některé pracovní pomůcky jsou již opotřebované, některých je nedostatek. Na každém pracovišti by mělo být to, co pracovník potřebuje k práci. Celkově by to chtělo více zmodernizovat pracovní pomůcky. Nešetřit na tom, co dělníci potřebují k práci.
