Přátelská atmosféra, fajn kolegové.
Náplň práce není nikde definovaná, v podstatě na vás můžou dát vše. Plat byl podprůměrný. Při změně zaměstnání byla všude nabídnuta mzda o 10-15 tis měsíčně více.

Férový přístup, příjemné prostředí, dobrá komunikace uvnitř firmy. Velká svoboda a velká zodpovědnost.

Kolektiv lidí je až na výjimky výborný.
Bohužel i vysoce odporní lidé se zde najdou. Platový růst nehledejte, s rostoucími zkušenostmi roste pouze zodpovědnost, plat roste méně než inflace. Benefity téměř nejsou.
Informal work atmosphere
Většina kolegů je milá a má smysl pro humor. Všichni si týkají, klasické korporátní nesmysly zde nejsou.
Jobs for people with no work experience
Prostředí je vhodné pro nováčky v oboru, většina kolegů je vstřícná a ráda pomůže. Hlavním jazykem je zde však Delphi, které jinde moc využití nemá.

Když jsem se před 10 lety rozhodoval kde nastoupit, tak konkurence mi nabízela nástupní plat 60k (hrubého), ale já si vybral to co by mě spíše mohlo bavit. Nyní po 10 letech jsem se na těch 60k a dopracoval i v K2, práce mě baví baví stejně jako při nástupu, né li více... ale někdy si říkám, zda to za to stojí.

Líbí se mi svoboda a k tomu patří i osobní odpovědnost. Mám jasné cíle, cestu si volím sám.

pohodoví kolegové, dobrá poloha kanceláře s ohledem na moje bydliště, možnost home-office, na dovolené se dá vždy domluvit, možnost zdarma kávy/čaje, pravidelné kvartální brunche, teambuilding, vánoční večírek
pracovní prostředí by mohlo být lepší - lepší zázemí (např. rozšíření kuchyňky, abychom mohli u oběda posedět mimo počítač), větší zájem vedení o své lidi na pobočkách
