Za pár let jsem si vsiml, ze vedeni na vyrobni hale je absolutne nekompetentni vykonavat svou funkci. Nejen, ze silne pochybuji o odbornosti, ale cilena demotivace je na miste. Za 4 roky diky tomuto odeslo 90% lidi, kteri svou praci vykonavali nejen dobre, ale vedeli co delaji, coz se samozrejme odrazi na vysledcich montazi a firmu to nikam neposouva. Osobne bych pod timto vedenim vydrzel par mesicu… . Znacna skoda, jinak zamestnavatel jako takovy je vyborny.

Varied work
Nemusíte být na jednom místě. Cestujete s konkrétní zakázkou nejen po ČR. Zakázku obstaráváte od začátku do konce. Řešíte vše co je s montáží spojeno. Dlouhodobé montáže v cizině.

Ve firmě pracuji dva a půl roku a jsem naprosto spokojený. Poskytuje mi další studium k mému rozvoji. V celé firmě dle mého panuje příjemná a kamaradská atmosféra.
S lidmi kteří si neváží co jim firma poskytuje
Opportunity to learn new things
Firma působí v ČR již osmnáctým rokem a stále se rozvíjí. Svědčí o tom i její výsledky v prestižní soutěži ŠTIKY ČESKÉHO BYZNYSU kde se již poněkolikáté stala vítězem. Firma Benteler maschinenbau ČR dbá i na to aby mi jako zaměstnanci jsme se ve firmě dál rozvíjeli a citili se dobře.
