Přímý nadřízený byl férový, ale ostatný nižší management měl výrazný odstup; v jídelně možnost "neomezených" porcí

Za každou blbost finanční pokuty; odhlašování ze systému taky při odchodu na toaletu; problém a postih při např. vynesení nedojezeného rohlíku z jídelny - kdybych jej hodil do koše, bylo by všechno OK; na hodnocení dvou náhodně vybraných hovorů záviselo finanční ohodnocení; člověk byl jenom součástka počítače; když jsem přehodil dvě věty v callscriptu nebo něco neřekl podle pravidel, už to bylo zlé, atd...
