Podpora v oblasti vzdělávání a seberozvoje, pružná pracovní doba, vstřícnost a ochota ze strany vedení
Ačkoliv je každý rok veden průzkum spokojenosti zaměstnanců, nepřijde mi, že by se podněty z výsledků nějak reálně zpracovávaly, realizovaly. Ale třeba je na vině jen nedostatečná informovanost.

Jsem v KODAPu ráda. Vážím si toho, jaký máme se zaměstnavatelelem vzájemný vztah. Je to velká pozitivní hodnota.

příjemné prostředí, skvělý kolektiv, zajímavá práce,
uvítala bych větší informovanost o dění ve firmě, v některých situacích vstřícnější přístup managementu k zaměstnancům

Dělám odbornou práci, každý den jinou, pro jiného klienta. Je to pestré a posouvá mě to určitě víc, než kdybych se zaparkoval u firmy, kde je můj obor jen doprovodnou agendou.
Sezónnost práce - v prvním pololetí se dá čerpat dovolená jen málo.
Meaningful work
Pro malé podniky je vždycky těžší čelit konkurenčním výhodám těch větších. KODAP se zaměřuje na to, aby se co nejvíc stíral handicap těch menších, kteří jsou většinově jejími klienty. Díky technologiím, metodice a zkušenostem.

Přátelský kolektiv a prostředí, férové jednání, nápomocní kolegové, uvolněná atmosféra a lidský přístup ze strany vedení
