Zazemi rodinneho charakteru. Spolecnost zakladajici si na dobrych meziliskych vztazich. Spolecnost, kde muzete stravit svuj cas az do duchodu, pokud se chcete usadit a nemate jiz jine profesni ambice.
Panuje je tam urcita negativni az pesimisticka nalada a to jak v ramci vyroby, tak i v ramci THP. To ale prisuzuji ceske mentalite a charakterovym vlastnostem jedincu. Pratelske az rodinne prostredi si netyka s disciplinou a pracovni moralkou zamestnancu v ramci jejich vykonu.
