Každý tvrdil něco jiného. Apsolutní nepřehled v zaměstnancích. Nadřízení v pracovní době doslova ze směny, když bylo nejvíce potřeba jejich přítomnosti, nikdo nepomohl. Muselo se čekat, přitom se pracovalo na target...

Změnila bych přístup k zaměstnancům, zejména nedělat takové rozdíly, pokud jsou ve velmi přátelském vztahu. Měřit stejným metrem lidem na obdobných pozicích (v managementu), nedělat výjimky.
