Relativně malá firma, všichni se znají osobně. Zázemí a péče o zaměstnance je super.
Postupy jsou občas nahodilé a nikoli dlouhodobě promyšlené.

každý fond má individuální "pravidla" přizpůsobená jeho cíli, člověk tak objeví plno nových věcí a učí se jim

Slabiny ve vedení např. neschopnost zadat správně nebo včas úkol, způsobují jeho pomalé vyřešení. Přesouvání povinností vedoucího na zaměstnance. Hodně vysoká fluktuace zaměstnanců.
