Atmosféra start-upu i přes rychlý růst firmy Možnost karierního růstu Práce z domu, sick days a volná pracovní doba Ocenění vysokého výkonu
Jasnější procesy a rozhodovací struktura
Opportunity to work during studies
Memsource začal letos (2019) nabízet placené stáže do několika svých týmů (marketing, sales, HR, různá vývojářská oddělení...) a svých stážistů si opravdu cení. Snaží se je na jedné straně vést a co nejvíce naučit, na straně druhé jim poskynout volný prostor k vlastnímu rozvoji - vždycky je prostor na vlastní nápady nebo i změnu pozice. Stáže jsou to časově velmi flexibilní a zároveň placené - Memsource ve stážistech hledá své budoucí kolegy.
Work in a team of young people
Memsource je mladá, rychle rostoucí a poměrně energická firma a práce v ní vyžaduje výkon a nové, kreativní nápady. To pochopitelně táhne především mladé lidi, kteří tak tvoří většinu týmu - a jsou do zastoupeni i v managementu. :)

Perfektní: - kolegové - pracovní doba (resp. její volnost) - team buildingy
Občas: - neřešíme strategické problémy (ale spíše krátkodobé) - se mění priority více divoce než by bylo zdrávo (ale při detailní neznalosti "zákulisí" toto nelze moc posuzovat)

Časová flexibilita. Vstřícnost zaměstnavatele. Skvělý tým lidí.
Flexible working hours
Rozvržení pracovní doby je velmi flexibilní. Vedení vždy vyjde vstříc.
