Zajimava prace, kmenovy zamestnanci velice technicky zkuseni
Financni ohodnoceni, neschopnost financne ohodnotit kvalitni zamestnance, zamestnavani vlastnich zamestnancu a ne agenturnich lidi kteri nemaji absolutni zajem o praci a kvalitu prace obecne, pouzivani kvalitnich komponent a ne nejlevnejsich smejdu, firemni stravovani nepozivatelne, nesmyslne postupy prace, a celkove duraz na kvalitu vyrabenych vyrobku, neuveritelne caste zmeny kolektivu

Určitě komunikace uvnitř společnosti by mohla být lepší.

Flexibilní pracovní doba, výborný tým kolegů ve výzkumu.
Velice nízké nástupní platy u absolventů, kteří nastupují jen z důvodu získání praxe (2-5 let). Poté vždy odliv do jiných firem-fluktuace zaměstnanců. Vedení firmy nekomunikuje se zaměstnanci, velice málo benefitů.
