Jsem velmi vděčný za to, že mohu v ALVAO pracovat. Souzním s hodnotami společnosti, které navíc nejsou jen psané na papíře, ale skutečně něco znamenají a všichni se snaží je naplňovat. Důležitá je důvěra v každého člena týmu a úzká spolupráce s vedením. Vize a vývoj produktu nabízí zajímavou možnost růstu a široké uplatnění.

Vedení Alvao si na nic nehraje, nic neskrývá a má zaměstnance jako partnery. Někdy možná až moc :D Každopádně ve firmě panuje příjemná atmosféra, je cítit, že úspěch je společným zájmem a že lidi, kteří ve firmě jsou jsou spokojeni.
Zatím ne.

- super atmosféra a neformální prostředí - skvělí kolegové - možnost home office a flexibilní pracovní doba - možnost přinášet hodnotu ve formě nových nápadů a kariérně růst - pohodlné a neformální kanceláře v centru Brno nebo možnost pracovat i ve Žďáře - pravidelné firemní akce či možnost jít na popracovní pivo - menší a stabilní firma, žádný studený korporát
- s nástupem home office chodí méně lidí do kanceláří, ale doba se změnila
