Díky úsilí všech kolegů nám všechno klape a jedeme, jako dobře namazaný stroj. Každý se soustředí na svou práci, ale ochotně vždy poradí. Oceňuji možnost práce z domova, zvláště teď malým synátorem. Lze tu dobře vybalancovat pracovní a soukromý život.

Jsem velmi vděčný za to, že mohu v ALVAO pracovat. Souzním s hodnotami společnosti, které navíc nejsou jen psané na papíře, ale skutečně něco znamenají a všichni se snaží je naplňovat. Důležitá je důvěra v každého člena týmu a úzká spolupráce s vedením. Vize a vývoj produktu nabízí zajímavou možnost růstu a široké uplatnění.
