V celé firmě panuje velmi dobrá nálada a kolegové se spolu stýkají i mimo pracovní dobu. Často máme nějaký teambuilding nebo si jdeme posedět na pivo. Ve firmě není žádný dress code, pracovní doma je mimo core hodiny víceméně volná. Kolegové bývají velice ochotní a rádi pomohou, pokud je potřeba. Nehrajeme si na žádné struktury apod. V případě potřeby se dá přijít za kýmkoliv. Ve firmě může každý projevit svůj názor a není za něj nijak napadán. Velmi často míváme retrospektivu, kde si můžeme postěžovat a dvakrát ročně je možné sdělit svůj názor i na celofiremní úrovni.
