Introduction

Thales in the Czech Republic employs over 300 people from 45 different nationalities. A total of 15 teams work on projects for government agencies, banking, mobile services and the Internet Of Things (IoT) technology. At the core of our business is the development of software which we configure and embed in a multitude of different devices and form factors. Opravdu využijete angličtinu, domorodců je tak k polovině. V závislosti na pozici se cestuje do zahraničí.

Nechybí ambiciozní manažeři a na druhé straně korporátní peciválové, které je pak těžké vyhodit.

Přátelský mezinárodní kolektiv, respekt, autonomie, zodpovědnost, služební cesty do zahraničí, vzdělávání.

Vzhledem k mateřské firmě/centrále sídlící v zahraničí tak někdy obtížná komunikace.

Dojíždění, společnost se přestěhovala

Informal work atmosphere

Tykání, oslovování jménem, není dresscode, obrovská národnostní diverzifikace, vstřícné chování managementu. Společnost je zaměřena na IT, nové technologie, lidé v IT jsou sami o sobe neformální.
