Pošlou vás na spoustu drahých školení.
Management velmi dlouho nestál na ploše a nemusel odbavovat všechny typy zákazníků. Proto neví, že nelze být každou minutu 100% dle metodiky.

Práce mi dala velké množství nových zkušeností v oboru oprav, a celkově manuální zručnosti. Firma má také velmi zajímavé benefity, které jsme neměl čas všechny důkladně prozkoumat. Kolektiv ve firmě je také velmi přátelský.

Finanční ohodnocení.
Velice časté požadavky ze strany vedení na centrále, kde jsou lidé, kteří nemají představu jak skutečný prodej funguje. Velký důraz na. vydělávání peněz a "vytěžení" každého zákazníka kontrastován "prémiovostí" a snahou abychom působili dojmem vstřícnosti. Často slibované změny, které nikam nevedou. Naprostá svrchovanost majitele firmy, kde neexistuje diskuze.
