Na jaké místo se dostanete, tam pravděpodobně budete i za 5-10 let, maximálně budete rotovat na stejné úrovni na jinou pozici, šance na povýšení jsou zde téměř nulové, vyšší pozice obsazují manažeři hlavně z Německa, manažeři nižší úrovně rotují zase mezi sebou a je to takový uzavřený kruh Pravěké služební telefony Zastaralé postupy, systémy, hromada byrokracie - spoustu procesů, které se udržují nebo vznikají jen, aby se mohla nadřízeným reportovat nějaká činnost

Někteří zahraniční manažeři (jsou i z Polska) jsou arogantní a ponižují i dlouholeté zaměstnance. Nespokojenost s hygienou některých pracovních prostor.

Platove ohodnoceni, flexibilita, moznost pracovat z domova,
Nekompetentnost vedeni spolecnosti. Absolutne zadna snaha pochopit a rozvijet zamestnance, aby podavali na sve pozici jeste lepsi vykon. Nulovy plan profesniho rozvoje, zadna vize kam se zamestancem smerovat a kam jej vest.

Slabá úroveň top managementu bez dlouhodobější vize, strategie, kontinuity.
Opportunity to use foreign languages
Mateřská společnost sídlí ve Stuttgartu. Oficiálním jazykem koncernu je AJ. Velké množství informací a podkladů z mateřské firmy je k dispozici pouze v AJ a NJ. Vedení české firmy jsou expati - komunikace v AJ (příp. NJ).
