Vazim si toho, ze kazdy pracovni problem mohu ihned diskutovat a rychle je mi dana zpetna vazba. V pripade potreby je mi umozneno pracovat z domova. Jsem zodpovedna za urcity usek, do ktereho se mi nikdo neplete a mam volnost v rozhodovani. Kolegove jsou pratelsti! Prostredi kreativni.

Féroví šéfové i dobří kolegové. Všichni si tykají a vyjdou si vstříc. Primárně se věci řeší s úsměvem a objektivně, rozhoduje se na základě nejlepšího řešení, ne osobních preferencí. Moc takových firem člověk v životě nepotká.

Working with clever and efficient people.
No
Opportunity to learn new things
Lentiamo has many skilful people and internal Lentiamo Academy where seniors are giving away valuable knowledge.
Freedom and independence
Lentiamo currently requires only one day in the office per week. Plus, people who are on permanent contract are allowed to work remotely whole month, so they could even work from abroad.

I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and overall company culture. Nobody yells at you if you fail and there is aim to turn failures into lessons learnt (with some limits of course). The autonomy at my job is also something I value a lot.

Great supervision, friendly and open atmosphere, and good corporate culture. The management always listens to the opinion of everyone and gives structured polite and pleasant feedback.
There are not too many things, that I am not satisfied with and they are so small, that they are not worth mentioning

Poztivní atmosféra, skvělý tým, velmi chytří kolegové a celkově velmi fungující firma s dobře nastavenými procesy.
Těžké říci, celkově je Maternia pro mě zatím nejlepší zaměstnavatel (jsem na pracovním trhu 15 let).
