Lentiamo allows great freedom under responsibility. The colleagues are friendly and supportive as are the supervisors. Lentiamo also offers some great perks like partial home office and because of the nature of the company, there are many interesting different cultures meeting together. The office is also very central, so when you do go into the office it is easy to get there.

Unfortunately, salaries are generally below average (when compared to similar positions elsewhere). It can be a bit hard to get to know people outside your department.

Možnost realizace vlastních nápadů. Možnost cokoliv změnit, pokud to dává smysl. Skvělí kolegové. Fajn prostředí. Super lokalita kanceláří.

Lentiamo has many skilful people and internal Lentiamo Academy where seniors are giving away valuable knowledge.

Freedom and independence

Lentiamo currently requires only one day in the office per week. Plus, people who are on permanent contract are allowed to work remotely whole month, so they could even work from abroad.

I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and overall company culture. Nobody yells at you if you fail and there is aim to turn failures into lessons learnt (with some limits of course). The autonomy at my job is also something I value a lot.

Great supervision, friendly and open atmosphere, and good corporate culture. The management always listens to the opinion of everyone and gives structured polite and pleasant feedback.

There are not too many things, that I am not satisfied with and they are so small, that they are not worth mentioning
