Máme 7 hodinovou pracovní dobu. Denně využíváme cizí jazyky jak v komunikaci s klienty, tak s kolegy. Máme velmi příjemné pracovní prostředí, kam se každý den ráda vracím.
Člověk by si vždycky přál trochu vyšší plat, ale to prostředí mi stojí za to zůstat kde jsem za současnou výplatu.

podařila se mi díky této práci rekvalifikace - na začátku se mi kolegové i vedoucí hodně věnovali, žádné hození do vody daří se mi skloubit dobře práci a rodinu ve firmě je příjemná atmosféra, bez zbytečných tlaků ze strany vedení nebo kolegů
asi by mohlo být více benefitů

I like the good atmosphere within the colleagues, we support each other and we work as a team (as it has to be). If you need help with something, they do not hesitate to help as much as they can. It is a good place to learn a lot about e-commerce and to develop your career.

One of the things I value most, is the trust that they have in me, when delegating work.
Everything is good and there isn't anything lacking that I've had in past working places. Personally, I like latest technology gadgets and equipment for the work place.

Obrovský důraz se klade na výběr nových lidí, takže máme ve firmě skvělý kolektiv. Vždy vím, proč se co něco dělá, a na konci i co to přineslo. Práce tak má smysl. Prostředí firmy aktivně pomáhá jednotlivcům růst (podpora a vedení od managementu, lekce různých jazyků, účast na konferencích, spolupráce s experty z různých oborů, ...), takže se můžu neustále posouvat dál.
