Vcelku jsme našli vždy rozumné řešení, co se týče práce výdělku pro udržení počtu zaměstnanců na daném pracovním místě v souladu,tak aby se nepropadlo nákladově do ztráty,což vždy nebylo jednoduché, ale důležité pro chod,což je vždy pro firmu i zaměstnance důležité.

Změna vedení firmy, více naslouchat podřízeným, kteří znají daleko lépe danou oblast, větší transparentnost, zlepšit interní komunikace, zlepšit motivaci zaměstnanců a celkovou atmosferu ve firme

Relativně vstřícný přístup.
Neochota konzultace nových věcí s lidmi kteří jim více rozumí celkově málo profesionálu na řídících pozicích často to dělají lidé kteří neví o co vůbec jde.

Přístupu a hlavně ochoty personálního a mzdového oddělení z centrály v Ostravě.
Na vedoucí pozice bych rozhodně dosadil pouze lidi znalé problematiky a celkového chodu jejich úseků namísto příbuzných apod.

Přístup nadřízených V podstatě mám volnou ruku, většinou nezáleží jak si práci udělám, hlavně ať je splněná Možnost práce z domova Rozmanitá a zajímavá práce Nadřízený umí pochválit

Svoboda, náplň práce, obor, možnosti vzdělávání, možnost se učit, využít své dosavadní znalosti z marketingu a reklamní agentury, vzájemný respekt.
Politikaření se ni nelíbí, možná je to oborem. A víc nevim, jsem tu zatím krátce.
