celkem slušný plat
kolegové - většina kolegů hodně vytížená, většina neochotná management měnil podmínky práce negativním směrem musel jsem rušit předem domluvenou dovolenou kvůli práci velká fluktuace lidí benefity téměř žádné mohl jsem svobodně vyjádřit kritiku, ovšem nikdo to nebral v úvahu

Člověk může udělat chybu a nikdo se zásadně nezlobí, obzvláště když ty chyby jsou ojedinělé. Poměrně stabilní rozhodování, to co platí dnes platí i za měsíc a za čtvrt roku. Velmi zajímavé destinace, kde pracujeme, i když s pracovním nasazení v některých takových destinací je to velmi špatné (chce to vytrvalost). Kvalitní a aktuální pracovní hardware. Příjemné kanceláře i když teď dost opuštěné.
Nasazení některých kolegů je velmi nízké. Firmu ve skutečnosti táhne 15 max 20% lidí. Cca do 15% lidí firmě vyloženě škodí a jsou velkou přítěží a ačkoliv se to ví, management s tím ani nezkouší něco dělat. Nezájem o lidi a kvalitu jejich práce od několika pražských vrcholových managerů - hlavně, že to sedí na papíře a dá se to zdůvodnit chováním klientka. Top management to buď není schopen vidět nebo řešit. Po covidove době, kdy už se normálně pracovalo, potkat někoho v kanceláři je téměř nemožné. Produkty firmy jsou technologicky tak v roce 2015, některé specifické části ještě starší.

s kolektivem v oddělení
špatná organizace práce, neinformovanost, nepromyšlenost zadání úkolů ze strany mateřské společnosti (nikoliv uvnitř CI CEE).

Rozumné finanční ohodnocení. Různé firemní benefity. Příjemný kolektiv. Zajímavá náplň práce.
Občasné komunikační šumy mezi odděleními.

neformalni pracovni prostredi, home office vs kancelar je volba.
obcas chybi dlouhodobe planovani, posledni dobou je to lepsi i po strance managementu (byvala to katastrofa).
