Otevřená firemní kultura s novým managementem, který se snaží zavést nové/správné procesy. Slušné finanční ohodnocení. Férový nadřízený, který dojáže dát konstruktivní zpětnou vazbu. Cestování do vzdálených lokalit může být výhodou i nevýhodou podle lokality.
Nedostatek kvalitních seniorních kolegů se znalostí produktu. Velký odliv těchto kolegů způsobila (prý často) opakující se restrukturalizace. Se zákazníky se nejedná vždy na rovinu a maskuje se realita. Cestování do vzdálených lokalit (ne úplně atraktivních v některých případech)

V době mého působení procházela firma transformací a krizovým managementem. I přesto jsme jako zaměstnanci vnímali přátelskou atmosféru.

- super kolektiv přátelských lidí - lidé zde rádi pracují - neřeší se blbosti - firemní snídaně - firemní akce, certifikace, přednášky a learning
- je zde spousta práce, což může občas přerůst přes hlavu (je to + pokud jste ambiciozní člověk, co rád udělá práci, které si ostatní váží)

Flexibilní pracovní doba, nekonformní přístup a uvolněná atmosféra. Žádná nadbytečná byrokracie. Většina lidí je v pohodě.
Více inovací na produktu. Větší důraz na kvalitu kódu a funkcionální programování

Oceňuji přístup zaměstnavatele v době covidové, jak vycházel vstříc při online výukách, oceňuji nastavitelnost pracovní doby, oceňuji nekonfliktnost na pracovišti.
chybí informovanost ohledně externích schůzek a návštěv, vadí mi, že jsou různá oddělění posuzována jinak než ta ostatní, a kolegové jsou trošku nepořádní

možnost hodně se naučit potkávat zajímavé lidi napříč celým světem
