Ve firmě panuje pozitivní nálada, všichni se navzájem zdraví a usmívají se na sebe. Kolegové jsou ochotní kdykoliv pomoct a podat pomocnou ruku, když je potřeba. Šéfové jsou féroví.
Complex tasks
Při řešení úkolů je potřeba zapojit hlavu a někdy i přemýšlet nad cestou, jak to udělat jinak, lépe :-)
Varied work
Líbí se mi, že ve firmě není stereotypní práce, každý den je jiný. O rozmanitost není nouze :-). V Ostroji se bude líbit lidem, kteří nechtějí zůstat stát na jednom místě.

pravidelná výplata,obědy benefity
Donášení lidí,na základě nepravdivých informací od kolegy mě vyštvali z pozice a donutili odejít.Nikdo si ani nezjistil,zda jsou tyto informace pravdivé.Makáte,přijdete i mimo prac.dobu když to provoz potřebuje a za to neuslyšíte ani slůvko pochvaly.Ale to je dnes snad všude.
