Stabilní česká firma s dlouhou tradicí, rozhodovací pravomoci v rámci lokálního vedení firmy, spousta pracovitých a přátelských lidí, co mají firmu rádi, adekvátní prostředky pro práci, super benefity, dobrá "značka" a super nadřízený - znalý věci, spravedlivý.
Na některé změny je třeba trpělivost, někdy příliš svázáno předpisy
