Slovo jednotlivce je slyšet a nápady na zlepšení čehokoli jsou vítány. Individuální přístup. Možnost Home Office a volné pracovní doby.

Přátelský kolektiv, práce na projektu, který pomáhám jiným lidem.
Flexible working hours
Možnost práce z domova. IT má práci naplánovanou na 14 dní a tak není problém některé dny v týdnu nepracovat a dohnat to v jiné dny. Většina porad začíná až kolem 9:00, takže lze pracovat už od brzkého rána, ale i až od 9:00.

Nejvíce si cením přátelského prostředí, otevřenosti a možnosti osobního i pracovního rozvoje.
Nic mě teď nenapadá. Když se něco objeví, tak to většinou rychle vyřeší.
